Neitam Am No Regrets

Regret is a sneaky little animal. Worry hangs out in the future, winding you up before there’s even a reason. Regret, though, lives in the back room with a bottle. And replaying old scenes like a drunk film editor with one button stuck on rewind.

I know the type. I’ve met him like a rabbit frozen in headlights, except the car already passed ten minutes ago. That mood runs straight through the centre of No Regrets by Neitam Am, and she’s got that sharp, decisive nerve to make it sting – just like that.

Neitam Am No Regrets

“No Regrets” by Neitam Am Calls It As It Is

Neitam Am comes out of the South-eastern United States, and her debut single just landed on March 26, 2026 with an experimental R&B shape built over a lo-fi R&B base. That setup keeps a soft room for the track, while the writing goes sharp, scratching at the walls.

She tells the story of an ex-lover who sees the damage, owns the foolishness, and tries to pull something precious back from the fire. I like that angle because people ruin good things every day, then suddenly discover vocabulary when the door closes.

The lyrics get straight into your business. She opens with that “fuck with feelings” energy, tears off the mask, and walking straight into the mess. Then the song starts spinning around insecurity, desire, and that wish to “run it back.” There’s lust in there, but I’ve had that – gone too far, then tried to walk it back like nothing happened. That mix wakes me up. Haven’t felt a hit like this in a while.

Neitam Am – Between Church Roots and Lover Instincts

If you look at how Neitam holds that balance as an artist, you’ll feel that same punch. The press kit frames her vocal presence through that church girl background, while also linking it to the “lover boy” side of her expression. That combination explains a lot. Neitam balances faith, flesh, memory, and truth in one hand, like she’s done this before, like a favourite thing.

I also respect the healing perspective here. Most people treat regret like a sentence, and it takes balls to see it differently. But Neitam Am plays it harder and just lays it down as it is.

And believe me – if this is the first move before the album, she didn’t waste time finding her way. There’s more to discover about Neitam Am. She’s also put words on paper, not just in music – take a look here and enjoy it. I’ll definitely get my hands on that one.

Find her on her artist website, Instagram, YouTube, and Spotify – say hi, press play on No Regrets, and share a smile while you’re there.

Keep it on the R&B / Soul side:
